I will never forget the day I met up with Karen to talk about her upcoming wedding -- there was an immediate connection & at the end of our meeting she said, "We are going to be friends... I am going to make it happen!" 
We both laughed & I remember leaving that (then) Caribou Coffee in downtown Royal Oak, thinking,
"There is something super special & sweet about her... it would be hard not to be her friend."
Fast forward to an engagement session, wedding & the start of a family, it has truly been a blessing to capture so many milestones, know them & to be able to call them my friends.
