My Go-To Everyday Family Wellness Tools

I’m often asked what we actually use in our home to support our immune systems & keep our bodies feeling their best – what we have in our ‘medicinal tool kit’ per say. Over the years I’ve found a simple rhythm that works for us with a mix of vitamins, minerals & natural tools that are easy to fit into everyday life, as well as as needed.

So I took some time to try my best to simplify it all & below I’m sharing exactly how I break it down in our house. 😊 Please keep in mind, these are just tools that have worked for us. Whatever season this finds you in, take what information you need & revisit the rest if needed at another time. 🫶🏼

Of course, always check with your own healthcare provider before adding new supplements to your routine. Everyone’s needs are different! This is simply what has worked well for myself & my family.

🌊 In Our Water Bottles Daily

These are the minerals and nutrients I add straight into our water each morning. It’s such an easy way to make sure we’re staying hydrated & nourished:
Vitamin D drops
Buffered Vitamin C powder
Magnesium citrate powder
Ionic liquid zinc

🍎 Swallowed or Mixed in Applesauce

For anything in capsule or powder form, I mix it into some applesauce. Feel free to add some elderberry syrup, cinnamon and/or honey to the applesauce, too. Whatever makes it enticing to your little one. This trick makes it kid-friendly & quick:
Immune support supplements
Elderberry syrup
Children’s multivitamin
Probiotics

👅 Taken in the Mouth — Daily or As Needed

Quick sprays, melts, or chewables we keep on hand for everyday immune and energy support:
Propolis throat spray
Botanical throat spray

♻️ 1–2 Times Weekly for Gentle Detox

We rotate these in a couple of times per week to support gentle cleansing:

Our skin is our largest detox organ, so I also like to do a gentle detox bath 1–2 times a week. These simple additions make it feel like a mini spa treatment:

Organic apple cider vinegar
Unscented Epsom salt
Indian healing clay
