The fear-mongering that can come with pursuing wellness can be something else these days! 😑 More times than not it feels as if the message often focuses on what we shouldn’t do or what’s wrong with us, rather than celebrating the small, positive steps we take.💕

The constant pressure to be ‘perfect’, to follow every trend or to conform to a certain ideal can be overwhelming. 👎🏼 Health isn’t about fear — it’s about empowerment, balance & learning to listen to our own bodies. 💥 We all have different journeys & it’s important to focus on progress, not perfection.
