Gentle Detox for the Family

A GENTLE WEEKLY DETOX FOR THE FAMILY! 😊 I make these about once or twice weekly for the kiddos to help give them a gentle detox & keep stomach bugs at bay. We like to call them “Applesauce Bowls” & here is what you will need :

✔️A few spoonfuls of Organic unsweetened applesauce
✔️1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of Organic Charcoal OR 1 to 2 capsules if using the capsules (I prefer to have both kinds on hand & LOVE the @schizandu brand — you can get 10% off your order by clicking this link)
✔️A splash of your favorite Elderberry sryup (I love @zhou_nutrition )
✔️A dash of some good organic ceylon cinnamon

Optional to add :
✔️1/2 to 1 capsule of NAC (I highly recommend @ThorneHealth )
✔️a sprinkling of mini chocolate chips (I use & love @enjoylifefoods)

Keep in mind, this is what I am do for my family & have been since my kiddos were toddlers. It has helped us in so many ways so I just wanted to share.🤍
