🍒 Cherry Gummy Recipe :
INGREDIENTS:
· 2 cups organic tart cherry juice (unsweetened)
· 6 tbsp grass-fed bovine gelatin
· 4–5 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (to taste)
· 2 tsp fresh lime juice (zest optional)

INSTRUCTION :
1. Pour juice into a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin evenly on top and let bloom for 3–4 minutes.
2. Whisk gently, then warm over low heat until dissolved (do not boil).
3. Stir in honey + lime juice. Taste and adjust.
4. Pour into silicone molds (or a dish).
5. Refrigerate 2–3 hrs until firm, then pop out and enjoy!

✨ Storage : Keep gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for 7–10 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2–3 months (they’ll be extra chewy, not rock solid).
