This May Be Controversial but...

These days it feels like we are constantly getting bombarded with information overload. In turn this can make you feel like you don’t even know where to start & then just not even begin at all. 😔

My goal is to help you simplify things & make easy small changes that in turn reap long term rewards.🙌🏼

So let’s take it back to the basics for a moment & begin here ⬇️:

1. Eat the rainbow!🌈 Focus on eating vibrant whole foods, clean sources of protein & fiber to help feel balanced & in turn also satiated. Don’t forget the ease of nutritious smoothies, as well as the power of adding in foods like avocado, hummus & spices/herbs to enhance flavor tremendously!

2. Get your daily movement in.🏃‍♀️ Do not underestimate the power of simply walking! Bonus points to your mind, body & soul if you get outside. ☀️

3. Breathe. 🧘‍♀️ No really — take at least one pause a day where you practice 3-5 intentional moments of deep breaths in & out. There is so much power in utilizing our breath!

Now — take these 3 things & keep them in the forefront of your mind as you go on with your day & week. ☺️ Make a promise to yourself to truly focus on these & to be consistent!

Consistency is key.🔑 I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much better you’ll start feeling within days. ✨
