Hello DAY 2 of Equilife's 7 Day Detox! 🙌🏼

Thought to share a great tip & show you how I make my shakes (including my easy homemade hemp milk recipe which helps the shake taste a bit creamier in case you needed to modify a bit) in hopes it adds some inspo to your day.😋 Of course, 16oz of filtered water is the top recommendation, but should you wish to modify & use unsweetened plant milk - making your own hemp milk is a super great option!

How’s everyone holding up today? Are you reminding yourself of your WHY? Make sure to make time for hydration, rest, & even some reflection. ✨ When you feel yourself struggling, try to get your mind off of it by doing something like journaling, reading, watching a show, taking a walk, etc. You’ll be surprised how even that feeling will pass with some time. You’ve so got this!!!🙌🏼

HOMEMADE HEMP MILK

INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 4 cups purified water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash of nutmeg
- 1 dash of salt
- 1-2 pitted dates (optional to add AFTER detox of course)😊
