Inner State of Mind

Hear me out — I’m not saying that a nutritious diet & daily movement isn’t important! However, if the inner state of our mind is off, then everything else falls apart.

Our mind needs to be watered & nurtured well in order for everything else in our body & soul to align.🤍 Think of it like a great domino effect!

Personally, two things that really help center my inner peace for the day is by waking up to see the sunrise while take a few intentional deep breaths (even if it’s just for a minute) & by moving my body (whether it’s walking, rebounding, or even cleaning my house) while listening to an inspiring message.
