Ahhh Honey Honey
It's amazing what a little honey, lemon juice & ceylon cinnamon can do! Together they create a powerful healing combination with numerous health benefits, especially for sore or irritated throats & dry or post nasal drip coughs.
This simple healing remedy is something my mother gave to my sister & I as children, & I have carried the tradition on with ours. I recommend it so often to my friends & clients, that I knew I had to share here, too.
Individually :
🍯 Honey, a natural antibacterial & anti-inflammatory agent, helps soothe the throat & support the immune system.
🍋 Lemon juice, rich in vitamin C, aids in detoxification, boosts immunity & promotes digestion.

1. Soothe Irritation: Honey coats the throat, providing a soothing effect that helps relieve dryness, irritation & scratchiness.
2. Reduce Inflammation: Ceylon cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce swelling & discomfort in the throat, making swallowing easier.
