My Top 3 Mood Boosters

I’ve been feeling out of rhythm lately which makes me feel a little cray cray. :P Anyone else? Personally, I CRAVE rhythm & routine but sometimes life just throws you some curveballs and you have to learn to adapt & make the best of it. However, when I’m not getting my usual amount of good quality sleep, everything else in my life seems to be affected by it (& not in a good way ).

With that said, I’ve been EXTRA focused on taking short pauses in my days (especially on the hard ones) to intentionally reset my mood & energy.

I either :

1. Bounce on my rebounder for 5-10 minutes (you can also just jump up & down if you don’t have a rebounder).
2. Step outside & walk around my property (or wherever I may be at the moment) for 5-10 minutes.
3. Put on my favorite song & dance, sing & shake my booty until the song is done!

By the time I am done with simply ONE of these choices, I not only feel a million times better & more energized, but usually want to go for at least another 5-10 minutes time permitting. Just like that, the rest of my day is SO much better because of it.

This may sound too simple or even silly to some, but I dare you to try it. Adding just ONE of these quick & easy mood resetters to your day will enhance your day & overall quality of life more than you realize. I hope you give them a go.
