Homemade Almond Bark
ALMOND BARK recipe for those who have been asking -- you’re welcome! This almond bark has been a fun & easy treat to make with minimal, clean ingredients & rich enough that you only need a little to satisfy that sweet tooth. #winwin

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 10oz bags of Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- handful of sliced Almonds
- pinch of Maldon Sea Salt Flakes (or celtic salt)
- A stainless steel Double Boiler Pot (not a necessity but definitely makes melting the chocolate SO MUCH easier)
DIRECTIONS :
1. Melt coconut oil & chocolate chips in a stainless steel double boiler pot (OR on very low heat in a regular stainless pot, stirring occasionally to prevent burning)
2. Spread melted mix in an even layer on a piece of parchment paper placed on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with almonds and a pinch of maldon sea salt to your liking.
3. Refrigerate 30 minutes (or until fully set).
4. Break into pieces & enjoy!
5. Store in refrigerator.
