Non-toxic Laundry Detergent
My passion for health & wellness first began with everything nutritional/food related. It was until I was pregnant that I really started thinking about what we put on our bodies & how that also gets into our system. From make-up to lotions to soap to laundry detergent... the list goes on, and it all matters.
However, don't let those words overwhelm you! When I first began really cleaning up our household products, I had to start somewhere, too, so I would just pick one product or area at a time.
