Carly, Greg & Joey
my sa-weet friend Becky had been telling me that i had to try The Dailey Method in Birmingham for quite a while, & that i would not only love it, but that i would also absolutely LOOOOVE the owner, Carly. well she was right, on both accounts. 
anyone who knows Carly knows it doesn't take one very long to totally love & adore her. she has the MOST incredible energy about her, a zest for life & a sincerity that is endearing. she is invigorating & inspiring - you will wish you can bottle her up & take her with you. her classes are incredible to be a part of, but even just seeing her & exchanging a friendly 'hello, how's it going?' brightens up anyone's day.
not only did we connect through a passion to be #happyfit, but also because Carly is a new Mama!
from the moment we met (literally) she gave me countless advice that i appreciated more than she will ever know. needless to say, to be able to capture this special time for her, her husband Greg & their son Joey was such an honor & a time i will never forget.
