Happy 1st Birthday Danny!
it's SO crazy to think that my sweeeeeeeeeeeet nephew Daniel Luca was merely an hour old here :
and come February 22nd, 2011, this on-the-mooooooove beautyFULL nephew of mine officially became a one year old!!!
...with a mouthfull of teeth & a sweet-pea face that somehow transitioned (what feels like overnight) into a budding toddler 
:
when i told Danny that we were celebrating his 1st birthday the other day...
...at first he thought i was joking!
but then gave me the particular noise that translates into
"well, what are you waiting for??? let's get this party started!!!"
so party we did!
Danny, with my Dad, was properly escorted around :
and incredibly amused with a set of keys...
...not at all by his cake.
we tried to cheer him on...
but he was. not. having it!!!
once he was in the arms of his parents, though, everything seemed to be juuuuuuust right! 
he then spent the majority of his time crawling & standing & walking & smiling
below are a few of his friends who joined in on the fun!
all in all, Danny was showered with great L O V E... the party was a success!
to my ah!mazing nephew Danny, i never knew my heart could love even more than it already does until the day i met you. 
happiest 1st birthday... here's to another fun-love-laughter-adventure-FILLED year!!!
