Let's Start The Day Right

To really have a good morning, I truly believe it begins with getting a good night’s sleep. 😴 However, sometimes that just isn’t possible so here are 5 things to help you get the day started right no matter what!

▫️1. Upon waking, step outside & get some fresh morning light on your skin & eyes. If you cannot do this, simply open up a window & allow that natural light to seep in. This works even when it’s cloudy outside, too! ☀️

▫️2. Drink a full glass of water! We lose water while sleeping so hydration is so important first thing in the morning.💦

▫️3. Take a moment to listen to or read something inspiring. 🤍

▫️4. Jot down or say 3 things you are grateful for. 🙏🏼

▫️5. While getting ready, look in the mirror & say positive affirmations to yourself. I have mine printed & posted on my bathroom mirror so that I’m reminded to do so daily. 🤩
