Simple + Effective Nasal Must Have
This is something that I have added into my modern "medicinal" toolkit this past year & has been a TOTAL Godsend! I hope you find it helpful. 😊
Just blow your nose, lean over a sink & spritz in each nostril, wipe up any little drip & you're all set! Keep in mind that you DO NOT want it to go down your throat when spraying so that you don't continue to ingest any irritants, bacteria, etc that collect in your nostril. Just spray & let it do it's thing!
