*BODY >> Get out there & get your favorite workout in! Not only is it the best way to start your week, but it’s also so important to end this reset strong. You certainly won't regret it. #nevermissamonday
*SPIRIT >> Say out loud and/or write down 3 things that your body is capable of doing that you are forever grateful for.
As we conclude the 22 day reset today, I thought it was good timing to share something that I fell IN love with during this time -- this facial Gua Sha from Wildling Beauty! To be completely honest, at first I was a bit skeptical about how beneficial gua sha could really be.
