Vibration Plate + My Go-To Workout Faves
This summer, I decided to test out a vibration plate… and although I was a bit skeptical at first, I’ve been surprisingly loving it.♥️
Here’s what it helps with :
✅ Engages muscles through rapid, controlled contractions
✅ Boosts circulation & lymphatic drainage
✅ Supports bone density & joint health
✅ Improves balance, flexibility & mobility
✅ Aids in recovery after workouts
✅ Can help reduce muscle soreness
✅ Stimulates your nervous system (hello, energy!)
✅ Helps release tension in the body
✅ Supports metabolism & fat-burning when paired with movement
✅ Improves overall body awareness & coordination
It’s different from a rebounder (which you know I absolutely LOVE) because instead of bouncing for cardio & lymph movement, you’re standing still or doing simple moves while the vibrations help the muscle activation work for you in an entirely different way.
I truly love both tools, but today I wanted to share my experience with the vibration plate a bit more as they are different. I have found that the vibration plate is especially great after a workout, or when I just want to wake up my body in the morning, or simply decompress at night. Plus all you need to get the benefits is 10-15 minutes a day. 🙌🏼 My kids even love it, too!
As always, I hope this helps! CLICK HERE to check out my exact vibration plate + rebounder, along with my favorite workout go-to’s I use & love.☺️
