Supplement Must Haves

I finally got some time to share with you all my favorite go-to NATURAL IMMUNE BOOSTERS for kids last week & today I wanted to share what we give our kids vitamin wise daily to maintain good health (outside of healthy eating & essential oils, of course ). Of course, you will have to read the directions for proper dosing per supplement depending on your child & the vitamin below. Also, I always give them their vitamins first thing in the morning with their breakfast to insure they start off the day right (& that I don't forget to do it later ).

Baby's Super Daily D3 :
I put the proper dosage of drops per child in their applesauce or in their water bottles for the day.
Ionic Zinc :
I put the proper dosage of drops per child in their water bottle.

YES Ultimate EFAs Parent Essential Oils :
This organic supplement is rich in Omega 3 and 6 & NOT a fish oil! #winwin
I put the proper dosage into their smoothies or applesauce.

Body Biotics :
These probiotics are amazing and are good for kids 2 & older according to our holistic pediatrician
(in fact, these probiotics are also what my husband & I use, as well).
They come in capsule form & since our son can't swallow pills yet,
I simple open it up & mix it into a little bit of applesauce with a dash of cinnamon.

Garden of Life Raw Probiotics Kids :
We started giving these probiotics when both our kids were babies (simply put in their first or second bottle of milk for the day).
I put the proper dosage into our daughter's water bottle every day (she is not 2 yet). Once she turns 2, we will switch her to Body Biotics.
Vital Nutrients Buffered C :
Also another one that the whole family uses. Since these are also in capsules,
I put the proper dosage in their water bottles every morning (& extra dosing in the afternoon if they are fighting anything off).
Black Elderberry Syrup :
This they will literally just lick off of their spoons! You can of course add it to applesauce/smoothies/yogurt if you need to.
I follow the dosing in the directions per child, as well.
Hyland's Bioplasma Cell Salts :
Have you heard of these yet?! Well, let me tell you about them.
