Wednesday's.whimsy : Kangaroo.paws
happpppppppppppppppy wednesday everyone! 
today's "wednesday whimsy" is just a little somethin' to brighten up your day as it did mine yesterday!
...yesterday my lovely, most awesome new office assistant Angela (whose introduction will be coming very soooon here on the blog!!!) came over for a typical Tuesday of work. when i went to go greet her, she was holding this MOST gorgeous array of flowers that she picked out just for me! i couldn't believe it!! as you all know, it is 'busy season' (& i should probably put a big, bright bold italics on the word 'busy'... although i still don't think that would really emphasize it enough!
) & i was having a typical day of trying to do a million things at once. however her smile, her thoughtfulness & these flowers just completely made me stop for a moment & smile SO big. thanks soooo much again Ang! you are the best! 
as i was prepping them for their vase, she knew that gerbera daisies were some of my most favorite flowers, however Ang also picked out these particular flowers called "kangaroo paws" (to see a close up just scroll down a few pics!). okay, so not only did their name just completely get me..... but wait until you see how crazy CUTE these are (or maybe i just think so?!)! i think i have officially found a new top favorite flower to add to my list! i also think they would look so cool in a bouquet for a wedding party, etc... just food for thought!
so with that said, i present to you the flowers that made me *stop*, *pause*, *breathe* & *smile*... as they still do today.
