Protein Packed French Toast

This Protein Packed French Toast is not only SUPER delicious, but also a cinch to make. My kiddos gobble them up & I feel good about being able to make them a fun breakfast that is ALSO well balanced.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
Bread of your choice
2 eggs
2 scoops Equilife's Chocolate Nutritional Support Protein Powder
1 cup Coconut Milk
Drizzle of Olive Oil

TOPPINGS :
(OPTIONAL but highly suggested )
Raspberries
Hemp Hearts
Cinnamon
Walnuts
Sliced Bananas
Drizzle of Maple Syrup

HOW TO MAKE IT :
1. Crack eggs into wide bowl & mix well.

2. In a separate wide bowl, mix together coconut milk & protein powder.

3. Dip both sides of bread into egg mix & then into coconut protein milk mix.

4. On heated skillet, drizzle a little bit of olive oil. Place bread in skillet & bake on medium to high heat, flipping as needed to make sure both sides are baked thoroughly.

5. Plate, sprinkle on the toppings & bite into the goodness!
