Gooey Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Need to bring a dessert to an upcoming summer party or just in the mood to bake? I’ve got you! These are the yummiest, gooiest Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies I have made to date!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
* 2 1/2 cups gluten free flour
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 2 eggs
* 2 sticks unsalted grassfed butter (softened)
* 3/4 cup sugar (I used Smart Sugar)
* 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
* 2 cups chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life brand)

NOTE : If you want them flatter & a bit more crispy, just add in a half stick more of butter.

HOW TO MAKE THEM :
1. Preheat oven to 350°F & line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper.
3. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in small bowl.
4. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar & brown sugar until creamy.
5. Add one egg at a time. Mix/beat well.
6. Next add flour mixture & blend well.
7. Stir in chocolate chips!
9. Scoop or roll dough into small balls. Place about 2 inches apart on your prepared baking sheet.
11. Bake for 8 minutes or until a bit golden brown.
12. Move to wire rack to cool.
13. Enjoy!
