i had the honor of photographing their BIG day, as well as doing Loren's make-up look! the day was absolutely radiant. we first started it off at Loren's parent's home. their ceremony took place at the First Congregational Church in Milton & then concluded in grand celebration at the Hyatt Harborside Pavilion. they were surrounded by so much love & laughter -- it truly was an unforgettable weekend.

Loren, Brian & Brian Jr.!!! a ginormous 'thank you' does not do the proper justice to express the way my heart feels. i am beyond thankful to have been connected to you & your beautiful friends and family. from the minute we arrived, Danielle & i felt welcomed and comfortable. thank you for being so wonderFULL, inviting & warm. i will never forget your wedding day & our time in Boston,,, but most of all, the incredible love you have for each other -- it beams in every photograph... i hope you enjoy!

it never seizes to amaze me how the 'simplest' things in life are usually the ones with the biggest impact on your heart. every year i try my hardest to at least make a couple days of a week long camping trip with two of my best friend's, Alexa & Matt, & their big, beautiful, fabulous family!
their family has been doing this annual camping trip for over 35 years (of which i have been coming to for over 12 years now!) & everything about the time spent with them is always incredibly soothing & re-energizing to my soul.
those who know me well, know that camping is definitely one of my MOST favorite things to do. now mind you, it is the summertime which means i have to bring work with me to edit (of course),,, however when you are editing amongst the trees, laughter, bonfires & smores,,, it is a whole different feeling altogether.
the images below are actually from last year's camping trip. i can't believe it has taken me a whole year to be able to get around to posting these but on the same token, i can really appreciate looking back & remembering the experience.
