Summer Salad + Balsamic Dressing

Making a salad should be easy & fun! This Balsamic Dressing & salad has been on repeat this summer so I thought to share the recipe.

- 1/2 cup balsamic dressing
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 4-5 dates (you can sub with figs if available)
- 2 garlic cloves (you can sub garlic powder too)
- Dash of salt & pepper

- Spring Mix (or Kale)
- chopped strawberries
- clementines
- crushed walnuts (or pepitas)
- crumbled goat cheese or feta (OPTIONAL)

There are so many ways to have fun with this salad combo — you can add blueberries, dried cranberries, etc. Best part is how light & refreshing it tastes. Hope you try it out! xx
