22 Day Reset : Day 2

In other news, Happy DAY 2 of the #22DAYRESET !

How are you feeling setting up your intentions yesterday? Were you able to drink half your body weight in water (in ounces)? Ready for DAY 2?

Well, here we go! First, take everything you accomplished from yesterday into today. Keep that 'why' in the forefront of your MIND, keep drinking half that BODY weight in water (at least try & do your best!) & keep filling up your SPIRIT with things you are feeling grateful for!

DAY 2 :

*MIND >> Clear out the clutter! Take time today to clean out your cabinets from all the foods that are not serving your body. If you don't have anything of the sort, take time to organize your cabinets instead. Just doing something seemingly 'small' like this will help set you up for success for the rest of this month. Trust me! Just do it.

*BODY >> Let's focus on getting some movement in today -- whether it's a hard workout or a nice easy walk outside with the family... it doesn't matter! Just move that body today. Remember, exercise is a natural stress reducer & it can come in all shapes & forms -- don't talk yourself out of it! Just MOVE.

*SPIRIT >> Focus on pausing today & really tuning into your body. Then ask yourself, what's ONE thing you can really work on eliminating from your diet that would help your body feel better, heal & succeed?
