Amanda & Derek are pretty much the CUTEST,,, and the sweetest! these two love'birds'
met at
Central Michigan University, became instantly smitten & fell in
L O V E. i had the great pleasure to travel out to Mt. Pleasant & capture their connection where it
alllllll began. i love that they chose such a sentimental & personal spot, as they embark on a brand new chapter together.
as i have been going through & editing their images, i was re-reminded once again the
incredible beauty & power there is in the love we have for each other. with Amanda & Derek, it is electric... one cannot help but smile.

life, love : brandy & giuseppe
i normally turn to blogging as a release of so many things,,, a way to voice what my brain is thinking but my lips can't quite get out clearly. yet somehow, through blogging my fingers are able to type it out & the photos, that i am
so blessed to capture, accent my thoughts.
lately, however, there just
literally has not been enough time in the day. instead i find myself having countless inner monologues & questioning
why it is so hard to find balance?
how do i squeeze a few more things into my already packed day?
why do we not take more time for ourselves? & when we do,,, why do we tend to feel 'guilty' about it?
how do i calm the incredible want in my heart to do soooooo much?
and even as i write this, my thoughts feel a bit cluttered.
but,
i knew i had to write today. i was going to wait to save this for a
"wednesday's whimsy", but i didn't want to wait. i felt inspired to do so today.
the other day i stumbled across something my friend Brandy wrote on facebook.
she wrote :
'as I was putting some things away, trying to get organized,
I came across this note from Giuseppe...
"Every night before I fall asleep, you are my last thought.
Every morning before I see again the sun, you are my last dream.
Always remain the same, because you are too special."
and all of a sudden, the 'busyness' of my day just came to a stand still.
even if for just a moment, i was reminded once again the power of our words,,,
and of
L O V E in general.
i was reminded that when we are too busy cluttering our minds with unnecessary worries,
all we really need to do is take a moment to remind ourselves that
we . are . all . so . loved .
...in so many, wonderFULL, beautyFULL ways.
Brandy & Giuseppe were married this past summer & i was lucky enough to be there. Brandy has the BIGGEST heart & when she found her Giuseppe, her heart was filled,
