ACTION CURES ANXIETY

"Action cures anxiety" — I heard this recently & it just stuck. These times we are in can be so anxiety producing, & although there are lots of different ways to deal with it, I’ve always found that moving my body & exercising are extremely helpful to release any unwanted energy quickly (not to mention just good for your entire wellbeing in general).

Anyway, I’m probably not telling you anything you don’t already know, BUT I’m throwing it out there regardless because it’s a great reminder.

So get out there, get your body moving, soak up some fresh air, good ol’ vitamin D and make it fun! Be sure to wave to a neighbor or two while you’re at it.

And while we’re at it, tell me something GOOD — like your favorite thing to do right now?! Let’s share some happy stuff. Mine is definitely our family walks & bike rides.
