GROUND ME

#100daysoflivingAWAKE day 18. Something that has helped ground me daily for the past 5 years are essential oils. I love experimenting with different blends in my diffusers thoughout the house -- not only are they cleansing & smell refreshing, but they help add much needed calm to our home (which there can never be enough of these days ).

This is a newer combo I have been really loving lately :

Bergamot to help calm (as well as repel any outdoor bugs that have mistaken our home for theirs)

Lemongrass for its antibacterial goodness, as well as relaxation.

Ginger with it's warm, spicy scent can enhance concentration, as well as soothe feelings of stress, sadness, anxiety, lethargy, agitation, dizziness & fatigue.
