time for another inspiring i want to know YOUR story!

without further ado,
please meet Marie Therese.
this is her story.

who are you, where are you from, what excites you, what is your PASSION... what's your story?

a few years ago,
I would have answered:

I am a Wife,
I am a Mother,
I am a Nurse.

I defined myself as a role.
I am this person in relation to that person.
I was just going through the motions of life, totally disconnected from myself.
I was constantly struggling to remain in control of life.
I operated out of defense.
I reacted to life as if it were happening to me.

who are you?

Today, with an Open and Grateful Heart…
i am I Am
i am This Breath, This Moment
i am Forgiving
i am Love.

two years ago,
my mother, Susan and I embarked on an incredible life altering,
affirming & healing women's retreat
in Costa Rica led by sweet and amazing souls,
Lori Lipten and Megan Gunnell
and captured by dear Ksen.
It was there that we met another 22 extraordinary women.

The Sacred Soul Retreat
at the pristine Anamaya Resort
ignited the beginning of my Spiritual Awakening.

I am I Am
i Release Fear,
Anger,
Hurt,
the Need to Control,
Ego,
Illusion,
Shame…
i am I Am
i find my spirit
i find my connection to Self,
to Other,
to All,
to the Oneness,
to the Divine Source of All That Is

i Now Open my Heart

As I am Love,
You Are Love,
We Are Love.

As I am Light,
You Are Light,
We Are Light.

As I am Truth,
You Are Truth,
We Are Truth.

Silly,
Spontaneous,

what do you love? who do you LOVE?

What I love….
I Love Mud!
Getting my feet dirty while connecting with Mother Earth.
Breathing nature in deeply and offering my Gratitude for Her Abundance

I Love a Good Belly Laugh with my dear, sweet hubby and with our loud and wild bunch!

I love my Dear Tribe and Sisters. Laura & Shannon.

I Love Everything Elvis.
The Hips, the Flashy Jumpsuits, the TCB (Taking Care of Business) spirit.

I Love Tai Chi.
Moving meditation, the quiet, the stillness, the awareness of energy.
I love my teachers, community and dojo.
